What are Spirit Guides?

Many people often ask if we are alone on this journey, and the answer, according to Spiritualist belief, is that we have support.

A spirit guide is essentially a loving, supportive energy that stays with you to help you navigate life. Think of them as a personal mentor or a wise friend who sees the bigger picture.

They do not typically tell you exactly what to do or make choices for you, as that would take away your free will, but they might gently nudge you in the right direction when you are stuck. You do not need to be a medium to feel their presence.

Often, when you have a sudden gut feeling or a moment of clarity after feeling confused, that is the kind of guidance they offer.
